How does the design service work?
We begin with a consultation to understand your home, lifestyle, and goals. We then prepare a mood board, layout, and 3D visuals. Once approved, we can support you with supply and installation if required.
What is included in the £450 design fee?
The design fee includes your consultation, design brief, mood board, layout plan, 1–2 3D visuals, product guidance, and up to two minor revisions.
Is the design fee refundable?
Once design work has started, the fee is non-refundable, as time and resources are committed to your project.
How long does the design process take?
Most design projects take between 3 and 5 weeks per room, depending on complexity and feedback timings.
Can I use my own furniture or suppliers?
Yes. You are welcome to use existing items or external suppliers. However, we recommend our trusted partners to ensure quality, fit, and warranty support.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. We provide full supply and professional installation for wardrobes, furniture, and fitted interiors.
How many design revisions are included?
Each room includes up to two minor revision rounds. Additional changes can be arranged at an hourly rate.
What if I change my mind during the project?
Minor adjustments are included within your revision allowance. Significant changes to scope, layout, or style may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Will the final result match the 3D visuals exactly?
Our visuals are created to reflect the approved design as closely as possible. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, material availability, or manufacturing tolerances.
What happens if my project is delayed?
We work closely with you to manage timelines. Delays caused by external factors such as building works or supplier lead times will be communicated clearly.
Is there a minimum spend to receive the design fee deduction?
Yes. Your design fee is deducted when your total project spend reaches £6,000 per room (averaged across the whole project) with us.
